I understand that the works of H. P. Lovecraft, of whom I’m a fan, are a mixed bag at best, and I understand that many who enjoy weird fiction of one stripe or another find the man’s stories offputting.
But I think we can all agree that an adaptation of Lovecraft’s work, starring Tori Spelling, where focus of the film seems to aim at sensitive depictions of alternative sexuality within the context of the monstrous cults Lovecraft wrote about, as much it aims for horror, is a terrible idea.
What makes Cthulhu so riveting is not only the mounting suspense as the mystery surrounding Russell and his family begins to spiral out of control, but also the exploration of sexual orientation and gender that take place within the bond between Russell and Mike, as well as the depictions of heterosexuality as expressed by the religious cult.

But no more. Now you can write about things best left unsaid in one of these nifty fonts derived from the handwriting of H. P. Lovecraft, a selection of mad poets, and some of the creepier typefaces common when Lovecraft was active.
If I had a use for fonts, I’d snap these up in a moment.
