I love that one of the ads I'm getting to the side of your post at The Agitator is "Be part of the solution. Complete your criminal justice degree in 18 months at Colorado Christian University."

    It amuses greatly.

The 1st District ruled last year that someone openly filming police in action had a right to do so under the First Amendment. I hope that eventually the SCOTUS will acknowledge that same right across the country, and that eventually the police will recognize that right and stop trying to intimidate citizens who film them.
