Does Route 60 Hyundai, In Vero Beach Florida, In Fact Suck?

Law, Law Practice

Marc Randazza presents compelling evidence that Route 60 Hyundai, of Vero Beach Florida, does in fact suck.

I'd have been far harsher in my review of Route 60 Hyundai than Randazza's client, if Route 60 Hyundai had done to me what Thomas Allegio claims.  I'd have named the employees of Route 60 Hyundai, who make it suck.  And I'd have named Route 60 Hyundai's lawyer, Douglas Thompson of Vero Beach Florida, who has done nothing to allay my concerns that Route 60 Hyundai, of Vero Beach Florida, is the suckiest Hyundai dealership in America.

Soooo… am I supposed to understand that Route 60 Hyundai sucks? Well, it could have been worse. It could have been said that they blow. Or, Heaven forbid, that they suckandblow. Wow. Route 60 Hyundai should be grateful that they only suck.

We will counterclaim, seek sanctions, and rather than governing our actions according to the demands in your letter, we will govern them by the principle of murum aries attigit.

"murum aries attigit": I learned something today. Thanks, Patrick!

I know nothing about Route 60 Hyundai of Vero Beach, Florida, so I won't be among the chorus that says, "Route 60 Hyundai of Vera Beach, Florida, sucks." I will, however, take a stand and state that if I ever get in trouble I'm paying Marc Randazza to write a letter.

I, too, have no first-hand experience regarding Route 60 Hyundai, and so cannot speak with certainly as to whether or not it "sucks".

However, based upon the items laid out by Mr. Randazza, I am willing to accept that such a state of being is, for them, quite possible.

It appears to me that Route 60 Hyundai does indeed suck. If not for their customer service, which seems quite likely, then most definitely for their dim view of the 1st Am, marketing prowess and PR containment skills. Kudos to you, Route 60 Hyundai, you suck!

And Patrick, I don't want to know nothin' about your ram touching anything.

From Wikipedia: Latin "Murum aries attigit" (see De Bello Gallico, Book II, Chapter XXXII). It refers to the policy of not allowing any mercy or surrender to the occupants of a fortification once the battering ram begins the assault on the gates. This policy was to act as a deterrent against resistance to those about to be besieged. It was an incentive for anyone who was not absolutely sure that they could withstand the assault to surrender immediately, rather than face the possibility of total destruction.
