The “branding” is an allegation—it has never been proven.

Freshwater was never fired—he was suspended without pay.

Like most fundietards Freshwater wants special rights. When these people don't get their way they whine like children and cry 'persecution.' He does not deserve one thin dime. He has been openly defiant through all this and is totally unrepentant for violating the terms of his employment.
