What's going to be in the "stimulus" bill when it finally goes to vote? It's not clear yet. When anyone knows, it looks as if Read the Stimulus will be a good place to figure it out. I've thought for a long time that the internet, and the people on it, are dramatically under-utilized in illuminating exactly how Congress spends our money.
