Sure, dogs can be dangerous. Still, shooting Kristin Small’s dog seems … a touch extreme don’t you think, given that it was just a staffordshire terrier named Daisy, who’d gotten tied up on her leash?
But did you have to shoot Ms. Small’s dog three times?
And was it really necessary to mace her baby in the process?
