I know because I've read the various opinions describing his vexatious and bizarre conduct. The class of people who think that vexatious litigants are actually heroes suppressed by an evil judiciary is coextensive with the class of people who will most benefit when we start putting Thorazine in the drinking water.

Someday I am going to publish a study tracking the correlation between nutty opinions and inappropriate capitalization. I'll be a famous millionaire. Men will want me. Women will fear me.

And it's Samurai. Good God.

Depends who called you a vexatious litigant, did you also know that vexatious corrupt and or imept Judges are using this power of declaring someone vexatious to silence them. How do we know that Cyrus Sanai is not a victim of Judicial Obstruction of Justice.

Not that Cyrus Sanai needs any help at this, but Patterico (who's proven that one motivated and talented blogger can outperform big media on an individual story) has printed correspondence with Judge Kozinski's wife Marcy Tiffany here that adds context that's been lacking from the LA Times version of the story. Both the Times and Sanai come out of it looking pretty bad.

And the LA Times, adding insult to its own injury, shot itself in the mouth over the weekend.
