Is it something you never got around to yet? Or is it something in the pipeline somewhere? Are there vested interests in not having loser pays? I'm sure there must be some reason why you have a system where shit like this is allowed to happen with no clear consequences for the instigators Someone must stand to lose something if you change the status quo and when they do they will be knocking on htis guy's door for spoiling it for everybody.
