I think the Giants win tomorrow in a close game. Their pass rush is good enough to give Brady all sorts of problems. Of course, I don't think I have ever been right about a football pick (and those who did the OO football pick game can attest to that..)

I'll be happily spending Superbowl Sunday barely watching the game and playing boardgames (including the excellent 1960 Making of a President) with my brother. Hope you all have fun events lined up as well!

    Just finished putting Jesse's chili recipe into the crockpot, altered by adding some adobo sauce and a single diced chipotle.

    Then dragging three kids through the rain to a baptism and family brunch.

    Father and in-laws then coming over for the game. Newcastle and Killian's Red laid in. Lots of good snacks to accompany chili. Most burning question is whether to make cornbread.

    Always make cornbread. Chili should not be served without cornbread, especially if your recipe is a little bit sweet.
