The Biz is the greatest. However, it's difficult to really gauge the two against each other, the Biz is more concerned with being the Clown Prince of Rap, whilst Mix is more of a straight-ahead rapper (though with a singular focus on a certain subject) However, if you are going to use Mix to make a point, you can only really use one song. And name dropping THAT song is never out of style, playa. Generally I would agree. The Biz is the greatest.
