		<description>That&#039;s not quite what Mom does, and we call them sausage balls.  They get made at Thanksgiving and Christmas (the same is true of her Cheese Biscuits).  I suspect mom does a little bit different on the spicing front.  I think she uses spicey sausage.

They&#039;re delicious.

Mom also makes (only a couple of times a year) a wonderful ham &amp; cheese croissant that&#039;s great hot or cold.</description>
